BRONX ZOO and NEW YORK AQUARIUM
- Responsibilities include providing excellent service to guests, including general knowledge of park attractions and amenities, answering questions and finding ways to create a great guest experience.
- Provide educational and enthusiastic narrations to large groups of guests while driving the Monorail.
- Maintaining order among guests who are waiting to enter and exit the ride.
- Salary is $17/hr
- Requirements: Must have a valid driver’s license, strong communication and customer service skills, experience working in customer service, must be 18+, ability to work in a variety of weather conditions and in a fast-paced environment.
- Background in theater, education, biology or zoology preferred but not required.
- Responsibilities include food quality and quantity control, maintain DOH standards and participate in inspections, preparation of food, operating food equipment and other related duties.
- Salary is $17/hr
- Requirements: Must have experience working with food handling, excellent customer service skills, ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment
